Life & What's In My Purse

If you follow me on Twitter, you know that school is frustrating and the weather is whack right now. Currently, there are two final papers in the works(one counts as a final and the other is part of a group project) and a potential stats final tomorrow. I say potential because if I do well enough on this exam, I won't need to take the cumulative final in three weeks. Obviously it'll be sad not taking the final but I'll manage by studying for my other final ;) The papers aren't that hard but the group project makes me want to tear someone's hair out! And I'm not a particularly physically aggressive person, either. I just think that you always run into trouble with group projects in the sense that there's always one member who doesn't pull their own weight, which puts the grade of others at risk. Fairness is really important, I think, and I don't like these kinds of situations.

The frustration dissipated as I edited some photos I took of my neighbor and her friends this weekend :) They were the cutest girls I've ever met and all so sweet.

Some people may find weather rants annoying but I like making them. Seriously, though, this is madness! I don't know if I prefer the hot or cold, but I've sure been given chances to further make up my mind this past week. Last week it was blazing hot- true southern California weather.. then tonight I'm watching an episode of Modern Family with my mom when we realize it's starting to rain. Two minutes later... Wow it's really coming down huh? -is that hail!?

you can really see it on top of the car

How am I supposed to get dressed tomorrow and not be too bundled up or not covered enough? I'm betting it's going to be one of those days that feels frigid in the morning, is comfortable as I go into my first class, gets freakishly hot after I walk out of my last class, then gets cloudy an hour later. Bikini top and Uggs is it! (sidenote: that sadly wouldn't be uncommon around here. short shorts and Uggs are a favorite combination of these girls)

While sitting around the house today I decided to record this gem..
