I'm Addicted - Edition 1

The wishlist just keeps getting longer and longer, with few items getting taken off. I love this spring weather though! Everyone's got a favorite season and mine is spring/summer.. I thrive in warm weather :) During Coachella I was right-click-and-saving like a boss, trying to get a taste of festival fashion(also a favorite).  This month, I'm addicted to:

- Maxi skirts
It's a shame I'm much taller than my mom and can't just nab some of her old skirts, she had some flowy skirt style going on back when. But thankfully long skirts are back, I love the airy feel and light-heartedness of them! They're definitely handy in the beginning of the warm season when you're still pale and feel a little too bare for comfort.. not that I know what that feels like.. all summer long. Maybe St. Tropez will make its way onto my wishlist, as well.

This black knit one from Urban Outfitters would look amazing with a loose nude or white racerback tucked in, sandals, and plenty of long necklaces. To take it the extra boho mile, I would add a gold cuff just above my elbow, a turquoise ring, and a floppy hat.

- Coral lips/nails
For spring makeup I have this vision of minimal product on the face, nude/brown shadow, big lashes, and a vibrant lip. Let's be honest here, bright lips are an attention grabber.. on days when I'm in a good mood and feel extra friendly, that's great! But some days I feel like hiding behind ultra-dark Raybans and a vampy deep red lipstick for a 'I'm moody, speak if you dare' vibe haha. When I can't muster up the pep or patience for a bright lip, I'll go with a bright nailcolor- easy way to introduce a new color into your palette. OPI Cajun Shrimp is soo pretty and would look amazing against a neutral outfit. Plus catching a glimpse of this pretty color throughout the day brings a smile to my face :)

- Thigh-high stockings
tights are fun, but I find them restricting. Worrying about whether the crotch is exposed because your tights aren't long enough & slip down during the day is neither appealing nor convenient for anyone. At the moment, I want to wear thigh-highs and knee-high tights with everything I wear.

- The xx
The xx are on heavy rotation right now, 'Shelter' is my favorite song right now. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out

- Hair Experimentation
I've only been a blonde for two weeks but I'm already wanting to change the hair again. Besides putting together a folder of celebrities with ombre haircolor, I'm thinking it's time for a chop!

- Finding new Youtubers/watching super old videos from favs
This is kind of embarrassing and makes me seem like a bit of a shut in, but yesterday I sat in my room watching old videos from my favorite beauty gurus( Lollipop26 / CityandMakeup / CarlyCristman ) haha. And I've also been finding new favorites- namely, Zoella! This girl is so cute, I love her personality, and her blog is amazing
